Job Responsibilities :

- Meeting sales targets set by manager
- Identify new accounts and manage existing accounts
- New business prospecting and development, including cold calling; scheduling client introductions and meetings; and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications to strategically win new business
- Maximizing sales and profit through effective negotiations
- Handling customer enquiries for their IT requirements
- Co-ordination with delivery team to meet customer requirements and solutions
- Work in a team environment and collaborate with pre-sales solutions support

Requirements :

- At least 1 year of sales experience preferred; ideally within the IT industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Diploma in IT / Sales / Marketing or related discipline
- Able to achieve sales targets with solutions/professional sales
- Focused and goal oriented
- Confident and good negotiator
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, and MS Word required

IT Support Engineer

- Responsible for Microsoft Windows XP / Windows 7 Troubleshooting and Administration
- Providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers, network problems
- For issues/matters that you are unable to resolve or handle, you shall escalate or communicate them to the technical support engineers (3rd level Engineer) or third party vendors
- Take ownership of all the calls assigned by the reporting supervisor until the case is closed
- Perform overtime as and when it requires and having 24×7 Stand-by
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager

Requirements :

- Diploma in Information Technology with at least 1 year experience in handling Windows environment
- Solid experience in handling Windows 7 Troubleshooting and Administration

- At least 5 years with extensive experience in IT infrastructure architecture that includes Wintel & Unix server infrastructure, WAN & LAN technologies, Wired & Wireless network implementations, Network Security, Structured cabling, NMS, monitoring and reporting tools
- Managed below infrastructure projects, roll-outs, POC setup and managed multiple Infrastructure teams
- Data Centre Consolidation / Migration / Setup connecting with Co-locations / Customer Data Centre’s
- VM-Ware infrastructure deployments in Data center’s to reduce physical server foot prints
- LAN & WAN Infrastructure Deployment, Relocation & Upgrade projects
- Network Security such as VPN and Firewall upgrade / deployment projects
- Wintel & Midrange server infrastructure deployment, relocation and upgrade projects
- Office relocation / New office infrastructure setup projects
- Wireless network projects

Qualification

Data Center Infrastructure support:-
- Rack mount of new server
- Decommission & dispose of old server
- Provide on-site support in case we need someone physically to check on hardware failure
- Asset tagging, tracking and asset audit
- Manage asset inventory file
- Check power consumption and provide utilization
- Working with vendor for onsite troubleshooting and part replacement
Data Center Operational support :-
- Day to day operational check of the Data Center physical office
- Asset and inventory management for hardware, software, spares, consumables, etc
- Maintaining records and drawing schematics of the center to detail what equipment is installed
- Duties includes:
- Pre-installation analysis for power, cooling, weight, EMF, fire protection and other influencing factors
- From truck to rack
- Handling of incoming equipment
- Inspection, unpacking and security procedures
- Staging procedure and requirements
- Equipment movement into the computer room
- Finishing up the installation
- De-installation/commissioning procedures
- Decommission & dispose of old server
- Provide on-site support in case we need someone physically to check on hardware failure

- Update inventory file

Tape Operations:-
- Tapes inventories
- Maintain accurate tape inventory which consist of tape location
- Constantly update the inventory if there is a movement of tapes
- Movement of tapes
- Physical labeling of tapes with barcode label
- Checking and labeling tapes into LTO tape library
- Checking out tapes and store safely to offsite ( CISCO )
- Retrieval of tapes from offsite ( CISCO )
