Mr Joseph Chan has 28 years of experience in the IT Industry specializing in the area of Managed Services that encompasses Data Center Management, Work Place Management and Global Service Desk Delivery center mainly in the Region of Asean, Hong Kong and China. Joseph specializes in Vision creation, Mission mindset and setting goals and directions.

In his previous jobs with large MNCs, he had built strong and effective Teams that works cohesively and collaborates well, both locally and internationally. He possesses strong Inter-personal skills and has the ability to create strong Customer Relationships with all levels of customers especially with the ‘C’ level customers. Joseph’s high EQ and a good understanding of what customer wants and needs are his assets to Pioneer InfoTech.

Mr. Anthony Kuck, 18 years veteran in the IT industry has rapidly transformed Pioneer InfoTech into a green solutions-oriented technology company. Anthony Kuck oversees sales and technical divisions, which provide strategic guidance and technology expertise to assist organizations address business needs and information infrastructure challenges to derive maximum value to customer information assets and investments.

He oversees setting project technical strategy execution, and creating best practices that create an exceptional total customer experience through service excellence. Anthony Kuck is also certified Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) to accredited Pioneer InfoTech Datacentre Managed Services, Business Continuity (DR), Cloud Infrastructure Business assisting companies to deliver industry-leading IT cloud services.
